Easy and Natural Ways to Whiten Teeth at Home

Drinking tea and smoking can effect really much on your teeth. Especially on your teeth color. Some people have naturally whither teeth than other, while other had whiter teeth, but their activities and habits made their teeth gone yellow and darker.

People care much for their smile. Everyone wants to have white and shiny smile. But how afford do we put to have white teethas Hollywood actresses.

One of the most important thing for healthier and whither teeth is washing your teeth every morning and night. It’s good if you could wash your teeth after every meal, but it’s not ok, because after a while you will feel feed up.

Other really important thing is proper teeth washing.
Here is a photo that is showing you “How you should wash your teeth”.

Daily washing teeth will not help you to make you teeth whiter. It will help you to keep your teeth healthier.

A method for whitening your teeth at home is the baking soda and water.

This is one of the most effective method. Mixing half teaspoon of baking soda with a tea spoon of warm water until the baking soda completely dissolved.
Put a mixture on your teeth brush and gently brush your teeth.

You can do this action few times a week, just don’t do it daily before consulting a dentist.

Other method for whitening your teeth is rubbing your teeth with inside of the orange peel.

After doing this, then wash your teeth with a regular toothpaste.

The third method I am presenting is the mixture of baking soda and strawberry.
Mash up one strawberry on a fork or spoon. Mix the mashed strawberry with half teaspoon of baking soda.

DIY beauty remedy can also take a risk. All the DIY remedy should be used sparingly and never as a substitute for proper dental care. Please consult a dentist before adding something new in your daily dental routine.

Please share your experiences with me 🙂 I will be happy to hear some of your experiences.
