The human body is like a rubber band, the older it is, the bigger is the chance it will brake when you stretch it. Middle aged people often face obesity, arthritis, cardio-vascular disease, as well as mental and emotional stress. What is the general tip for reducing the risk of these diseases? Take it easy.
