  • Eat a healthy diet: A healthy diet is your best weapon in looking and feeling your best. So include plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins to your skin and beauty care process. Some researches have suggested that a diet rich in vitamin C and low unhealthy fats and processed carbohydrates may lead younger looking skin.

  • Don’t smoke: Smoking is known to make your skin look order and contributes to wrinkles. It also damages collagen and elastin – fibers that give your skin strength and elasticity. If you smoke, your best alternative to protect your skin is to quit.

  • Manage stress: Do you know that uncontrolled stress can make your skin more sensitive and prompt to skin problems like acne breakouts? So take steps to manage your stress, like setting reasonable limits, backing up on your to do list or making time to do the things you enjoy. You will be more impressed with the results than you ever expected.
