Have a Good Night Sleep

Lack of sleep is associated with many health conditions, including immune system weakening, weight gain, increased blood pressure and the most common mental conditions, anxiety and stress. A good eight-hour night sleep is essential for dealing with stress. Getting a good amount of sleep is what will provide a good rest and recharge your energy. This will consequently improve your resistance to stressful situations.

For this reason, do not hesitate to spend your afternoon watching a comedy, reading a funny book or by spending time with people who make you happy.
