Apply it to hair shaft and ends and then rub it into the scalp. You can cover your hair with a shower cap and leave it either for 1-2 hours, or overnight. After the time has passed, wash it with a shampoo.

Here’s a tip: massage coconut oil into the scalp with a gentle pressure for about 10 minutes, preferably 3-4 times a week. If your aim is to focus on the scalp, you will only need 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.


I am pretty sure you are very well familiar with the annoying skin particles all over your hair known as dandruff. Those who are facing this problem know how big of a nightmare dealing with it can be. But luckily, coconut oil for hair treatment is your savior in this seemingly never-ending battle.
